Pharmacological properties

Bovy Shield Gold FP5L5 HB stimulates the development of immune immunity against rhinotracheitis (IBR), type 1 and type 2 bovine virus (BVD), parainfluenza virus (PI3), respiratory syncytial bovine virus (BRSV), and leptospirosis caused by L. Canicola, L.Grippotyphosa, L.Hardjo, L.icterohaemorrhagiae, L.Pomona. Immunity develops 2 weeks after vaccination and is stored for up to 12 months.

Indications for use 

General guidelines: Recommended for vaccination of healthy cows. Aseptically dissolve the freeze-dried component with a liquid component (bacterinum), shake well, and administer one dose (2 ml) of the animal subcutaneously in the neck or intramuscularly. Primary vaccination: Inject one dose (2 ml) of healthy cow or calf a month before fertilization or transfer to a common herd. And then, after 4 to 6 weeks, to vaccinate with one dose of the vaccine, but using only the liquid component containing L.Canicola, L.Grippotyphosa, L.Hardjo, L.Icterohaemorrhagiae, L.Pomona. Revaccination: The recommended annual revaccination with a single dose of the Bovy Shield Gold FP5L5 HB vaccine.
