Composition 

Roncoleukin® is a medicinal form of recombinant interleukin-2 (RIL-2), isolated and purified from cells of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, solubilization - sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) not more than 10 mg/vial , stabilizer - D-mannitol 55 mg/vial and reductant - dotta (RTI) of not more than 0.08 mg/vial. 

Pharmaceutical (medical) form 

Roncoleukin® is available in ampoules or vials in a liquid form. 
Liquid form: 
2 mg ( 2 000 000 IU), 1 mg (1 000 000 IU), 0.5 mg (500 000 IU), 0.25 mg (250 000 IU), 0.1 mg (100 000 IU), 0.05 mg (50 000 IU) in a vial with a volume of 1 ml; 
10 mg (10 000 000 IU), 5 mg (5 000 000 IU), 2 mg (2 000 000 IU), 
1 mg (1 000 000 IU) in vial of 10 ml.

Pharmacological properties 

 Roncoleukin® is an analogue of interleukin-2 produced subpopulation T-lymphocytes (T-helper cells) in response to antigenic stimulation. Synthesized IL-2 affects T cells, enhancing their proliferation and the synthesis of the following IL-2. HORSE 
The drug is administered intravenously or subcutaneously with an interval of 24-72 hours. The average course of treatment is 2-3 injections, and a maximum of 5 injections. Cattle 
For therapeutic purposes the drug is administered intravenously or subcutaneously at the rate of 1,000 IU/kg of body weight. The drug is administered 1-3 times with an interval of 4-7 days. Calves at the rate of 2000 – 3000 IU/kg with an interval of 72 hours, 2-3 injections. Small cattle 
The drug is administered intravenously or subcutaneously at the rate of 2000 IU/kg with an interval of 24 - 72 hours, 2-3 injections. For youngsters it is possible to increase the dose to 5000 IU/kg For the prevention of viral, bacterial and fungal diseases the drug is administered subcutaneously at the rate of 2000 IU/kg of body weight 1-2 injections with the interval of 48 hours. Pigs 
The drug is used intravenously or subcutaneously at the rate of 2000 IU/kg with an interval of 24 - 72 hours of 1-3 injections. Piglets may increase the dose to 5000 IU/kg.
