Storage:

 celecoxib - 100 mg, filler - up to 1 ml.

Pharmacological properties:

Celecoxib - synthetic compound from the class of anti-inflammatory substances nestroyidnyh that are inhibitors of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) having analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory properties. The mechanism of action of celecoxib is the selective inhibition of COX-2 - a key enzyme synthesis of inflammatory mediators. Due to the high selectivity of action, celecoxib does not cause side effects inherent in other NSAIDs (gastrointestinal ulceration channel renal blood flow, hemorrhagic phenomena).

The active ingredient of the drug after injection quickly penetrates the tissue, where a long time.

Application:

administered to horses, cattle and small cattle, pigs, dogs and cats for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis, myositis, laminitis, etc.), pain (postoperative and posttraumatic), symptomatic therapy for diseases which are accompanied by fever.

Dosage:

Tseleksyb administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously at a dose of 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight once. If necessary, the possible re-introduction of the drug in 48 hours. It is not recommended to enter in one place more than 10 ml. drug.

Contraindications:

Individual sensitivity to the drug. Do not mix in the same syringe with other drugs. Do not use nestroyidnymy along with other anti-inflammatory drugs.

Karentsiya:

Meat - 4 days, milk - without any restrictions.
