Bayoklav® injection

Composition

1 ml contains active ingredients:

Amoxicillin - 140 mg

Clavulanic acid 35 mg.

Application

Treatment of cattle, sick mastitis, metritis, as well as diseases of the respiratory system and soft tissues (including abscesses) caused by microorganisms that are sensitive to amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.

Dosage

Intramuscularly in a dose of 7 mg of amoxicillin and 1.75 mg of clavulanic acid per kg of body weight (1 ml of the drug per 20 kg of body weight) once a day for 3-5 days.

Before administration, the preparation should be shaken thoroughly. For the introduction, use only dry syringes and needles. Before entering, wipe the cap with a tissue moistened in an antiseptic solution. After the injection, do the massage at the injection site.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.

Do not use the drug for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters or other small herbivores.

Do not administer to animals with impaired renal function.

Do not use simultaneously with antibiotics group cephalosporins, tetracyclines, macrolides.

The drug is intended for the treatment of a disease, the causative agent of which are bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas.

Waiting period

Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 42 days after the last use of the drug. Consumption of milk for human consumption is allowed 60 hours after the last use of the drug. It is received, before the specified term, meat and milk are disposed of or fed to an unproductive animal, depending on the doctor's conclusion.

Form of issue

Glass bottles, closed with a nitrile stopper under an aluminum roll of 100 ml.
